BJ45H/W/Y jacketed insulated globe valve is designed for urea, nitric acid, acetic acid and other chemical process media. Its jacketed body helps maintain process temperature and reduce heat loss. Available in PN2.5, PN4.0 and PN6.4 pressure ratings with chromium-nickel-titanium or chromium-nickel-molybdenum-titanium steel materials.

The BJ45H/W/Y jacketed insulated globe valve is designed for applications where
the process medium must be heated or kept warm during pipeline operation. The
jacketed construction helps reduce heat loss and supports stable flow of media
such as urea, nitric acid and acetic acid.
This valve is available in BJ45H, BJ45W and BJ45Y configurations, including
BJ45H-16C, BJ45W-16C and BJ45Y-16C. It is suitable for chemical, fertilizer,
petrochemical and other industrial process systems requiring reliable shut-off
and thermal insulation.

- Disc sealing surface can be equipped with hard alloy overlay.

- Working temperature up to 200°C according to the selected material and service conditions.
- Jacket steam pressure up to 1.3 MPa according to the supplied specification.
