WDL Valve Z41H/W stainless steel gate valve is a flanged, rising-stem wedge gate valve designed for full-open or full-closed isolation service. The gate moves perpendicular to the flow direction, providing a straight-through passage with low flow resistance when fully open.
Product Overview
The Z41H/W stainless steel gate valve is used to connect or isolate pipeline media. The wedge gate has two sealing surfaces and is driven toward the seats by the stem and handwheel. Depending on the selected design, the valve can use a solid wedge, flexible wedge, double-disc wedge or parallel-disc arrangement.
This valve is intended for isolation rather than throttling. Long-term operation in a partially open position may cause vibration, erosion and damage to the gate and seating surfaces. Final material selection must be based on the medium, concentration, temperature, pressure and corrosion conditions.
