QQ41M 高温金属座球阀
The QQ41M high-temperature metal-seated ball valve is designed for abrasive,
high-temperature and erosive industrial media. The ball surface can be treated
with supersonic tungsten carbide spraying or carbonyl-process thermal spraying
with nickel-based nano powder. This treatment can increase the surface hardness
of the ball to above 60 HRC.
The valve seat is manufactured from hard materials or hard alloy overlay. This
enables the valve to withstand wear, particle erosion and high-velocity media
during opening and closing. Flexible graphite packing and stainless steel
flexible graphite spiral-wound gaskets allow the valve to operate reliably under
high-temperature conditions.
Metal-seated ball valves are commonly used where soft-seated valves cannot meet
the requirements for temperature, abrasion or media erosion. The QQ41M series
can be supplied in floating-ball or trunnion-mounted fixed-ball configurations
according to the pressure, size and operating conditions.
