Inconel Butterfly Valve

WDL Inconel Butterfly Valve provides compact quarter-turn isolation or flow regulation for high-temperature chemical lines and steam and hot-gas systems. Connections, trim and operation are selected to the project conditions.

Description

Inconel Butterfly Valve

WDL Inconel Butterfly Valve provides compact quarter-turn isolation or flow regulation for process systems that need strength and oxidation resistance in hot or chloride-bearing service. Inconel alloys are used where elevated temperature, oxidation or chloride stress-corrosion cracking limits common stainless steels.

Selection Notes

Select the Inconel grade from the temperature, pressure, sulfur level, chlorides and required mechanical strength.

Specify shutoff direction, seat material, flange standard, solids content and required operating torque.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why select Inconel Alloy for this butterfly valve?

Inconel alloys are used where elevated temperature, oxidation or chloride stress-corrosion cracking limits common stainless steels. Final suitability depends on the complete process conditions and the selected valve trim.

What information is needed for selection?

Provide the size, pressure rating, medium composition, concentration, temperature, connection standard, operating method and required quantity.

Send the process datasheet to WDL for material review, dimensional confirmation and quotation.
