Copper Alloy Valves

WDL Valve copper alloy valves are used in marine, shipbuilding, seawater, cooling-water, firewater and selected industrial systems. Available materials include bronze, aluminum bronze and nickel aluminum bronze, with ball, butterfly, gate, globe, check and marine stop-check configurations.

Material guidance: Bronze grades suit many water, steam and marine utility duties. Nickel aluminum bronze, including C95800 where specified, provides higher mechanical strength and resistance in suitable seawater applications. Material selection must consider seawater velocity, chlorination, galvanic coupling, dealloying risk, temperature and the exact casting or wrought specification.

Standards and RFQ data: Products can be supplied to applicable JIS, DIN, EN, API, ASME and marine project requirements. Provide valve type, size, pressure rating, alloy grade, medium, temperature, connection, trim, seat, operation, classification-society and inspection requirements for quotation.
