J41H flanged forged steel globe valve is designed for reliable shut-off service in water, steam, oil, chemical, power, marine and industrial pipelines. It is available in full-bore or reduced-bore designs with bolted, fully welded or pressure-sealed bonnet options and ANSI Class 150, 300 and 600 ratings.

The J41H flanged forged steel globe valve is widely used as a shut-off valve
in water supply, wastewater, building services, petroleum, chemical,
food processing, pharmaceutical, textile, power generation, marine,
metallurgical and energy systems.
The valve is available in full-bore or reduced-bore designs and provides
reliable isolation performance for water, steam, oil products and selected
chemical media. It can be supplied with a bolted bonnet, fully welded bonnet
or pressure-sealed bonnet according to the application requirements.

Bonnet Designs
The J41H forged steel globe valve is available with three bonnet designs.
The bolted bonnet version uses bolts and nuts to connect the body and bonnet,
with a spiral-wound gasket made from stainless steel and flexible graphite.
A metal-ring connection can also be supplied for special requirements.
The welded bonnet version uses a threaded body-to-bonnet connection with a
fully welded seal. A fully welded body-to-bonnet connection can also be
provided according to the project specification.
The pressure-sealed bonnet version uses a threaded body-to-bonnet connection
and an internal pressure-assisted self-sealing ring. Sealing reliability
increases as the internal pressure rises.
