Product Overview

H44H ASME-Rückschlagklappe is designed to prevent reverse flow in industrial pipeline systems. WDL Valve supplies this valve in ASME Class 150, 300, 600 and 900 pressure ratings, with optional higher-pressure configurations according to project requirements.

The valve is manufactured according to ASME B16.34 and related API inspection requirements. The disc adopts a swing-type structure with a straight-through flow passage, allowing installation in horizontal pipelines and suitable vertical pipeline arrangements. The internal rocker pin structure helps reduce potential external leakage points.

For standard pressure classes, the body and cover are bolted. For high-pressure designs above Class 600, the middle flange can be supplied with a pressure self-sealing structure to reduce body weight and improve sealing reliability under pressure.
