Inconel Plug Valve

Inconel Plug Valve

WDL Inconel Plug Valve provides fast quarter-turn isolation in compact process piping for process systems that need strength and oxidation resistance in hot or chloride-bearing service. Inconel alloys are used where elevated temperature, oxidation or chloride stress-corrosion cracking limits common stainless steels.

• Frequent on-off service
• Chemical transfer and distribution

Hinweise zur Auswahl

Select the Inconel grade from the temperature, pressure, sulfur level, chlorides and required mechanical strength.

Confirm the plug style, cavity control, sleeve or seat material, operating torque and allowable leakage.

Häufig gestellte Fragen

Why select Inconel Alloy for this plug valve?

Inconel alloys are used where elevated temperature, oxidation or chloride stress-corrosion cracking limits common stainless steels. Final suitability depends on the complete process conditions and the selected valve trim.
