WDL Zirconium Gate Valve provides full-bore on-off isolation with low pressure loss when open for process systems that need resistance to many strong acids and corrosive chemical mixtures. Zirconium is used for severe acid duties where stainless steels and many nickel alloys cannot provide an acceptable corrosion rate.

Hinweise zur Auswahl

Fluoride-containing media, hydrofluoric acid and some oxidizing halides require special review because they can attack zirconium.

Gate valves are normally selected for isolation rather than continuous throttling; confirm wedge, seat and stem design.
