WDL Valve manufactures industrial gate valves for reliable full-bore isolation in oil and gas, petrochemical, power, marine and general process systems. We support project-specific materials, pressure classes, end connections, trims and actuation requirements.
Our range includes forged and cast steel designs, stainless and corrosion-resistant alloy valves, conventional and pressure-seal bonnets, and knife gate configurations.

Gate valves are selected where low pressure drop and dependable shutoff are more important than throttling. WDL Valve engineers each proposal around the service medium, pressure-temperature envelope, installation orientation and operating frequency.
Compact forged bodies for higher-pressure piping, with flanged, socket-weld or butt-weld ends and bolted or pressure-seal bonnet options.
Full-size industrial isolation valves available in carbon steel, stainless steel and selected alloy grades for process and utility lines.
Duplex, titanium, Monel, Hastelloy, Inconel, zirconium and nickel-alloy configurations for corrosive or demanding media.
Available configurations can be engineered around API, ASME, ISO, DIN, EN or project specifications. Typical selections cover rising-stem OS&Y construction, flexible or solid wedge, renewable seats, low-emission packing, fire-safe design, gear operation and electric or pneumatic actuation.
Body and trim combinations are confirmed against fluid chemistry, chloride level, temperature, pressure, corrosion allowance and required service life.
Industrial gate valves commonly serve crude oil, refined products, natural gas, steam, cooling water, seawater and chemical process lines. Before production, WDL Valve reviews the valve data sheet, material specification, flange standard, face-to-face requirement and inspection plan.
Depending on the order, documentation may include material certificates, dimensional records, pressure-test reports, coating records and third-party inspection support. Hydrostatic shell and seat testing is performed to the applicable valve standard and approved project requirements.
For a precise quotation, provide valve size, pressure class, body and trim material, end connection, design standard, operating temperature, medium, required actuation, quantity and any NACE, fire-safe, fugitive-emission or inspection requirements. Drawings and data sheets are welcome.
Gate valves are primarily isolation valves and are normally operated fully open or fully closed. Prolonged throttling can damage the seating surfaces and create vibration.
Forged steel is often preferred for compact higher-pressure sizes, while cast construction is common for larger diameters. Final selection depends on size, class, material, standard and project specification.
Yes. Gear, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic operating arrangements can be evaluated according to torque, cycle frequency, fail position and control-system requirements.
Send your valve specifications, drawings or RFQ. Our engineering team will review the operating conditions and contact you with a suitable solution.
