Sản phẩm này thích hợp để điều tiết lưu lượng và ngắt dòng trong các đường ống dẫn nước, khí, khí tự nhiên, dầu và chất lỏng có tính ăn mòn nhẹ ở nhiệt độ lên đến 425°C.

WDL Valve pneumatic flanged triple-offset butterfly valve is designed for reliable
flow regulation and shut-off in industrial pipeline systems. The valve uses a
precision J-shaped elastic sealing ring and a multilayer metal hard-sealing structure.
Its triple-offset design reduces friction between the sealing surfaces and provides
stable bidirectional sealing performance.
The valve is widely used in metallurgy, power generation, petroleum, petrochemical,
water supply, drainage and municipal construction systems. Depending on the selected
body and sealing materials, the valve can be used for media temperatures up to
425°C for carbon steel valves and up to 650°C for stainless steel valves.

Pneumatic Operation
The pneumatic actuator provides fast and reliable quarter-turn operation. The actuator
can be arranged in different positions according to pipeline layout and operating
requirements. The valve series can also be supplied with worm gear, electric or
hydraulic operation when required by the project.

Why Choose a Triple-Offset Butterfly Valve?
The triple-offset structure allows the disc to move away from the seat during the
opening process. This reduces sliding contact, minimizes sealing-surface wear and
supports a longer operating life. The metal sealing arrangement also provides
improved resistance to high temperature, corrosion and media erosion compared with
conventional soft-seated butterfly valves.
