Pneumatic Flanged Triple-Offset Butterfly Valve
WDL Valve pneumatic flanged triple-offset butterfly valve uses a J-shaped elastic sealing ring and multilayer metal hard sealing structure. It is suitable for flow regulation and shut-off in water, air, natural gas, oil and mildly corrosive fluid pipelines up to 425°C.
Description
Pneumatic Flanged Triple-Offset Butterfly Valve
WDL Valve pneumatic flanged triple-offset butterfly valve is designed for reliable
flow regulation and shut-off in industrial pipeline systems. The valve uses a
precision J-shaped elastic sealing ring and a multilayer metal hard-sealing structure.
Its triple-offset design reduces friction between the sealing surfaces and provides
stable bidirectional sealing performance.
The valve is widely used in metallurgy, power generation, petroleum, petrochemical,
water supply, drainage and municipal construction systems. Depending on the selected
body and sealing materials, the valve can be used for media temperatures up to
425°C for carbon steel valves and up to 650°C for stainless steel valves.
Main Features
- Triple-offset sealing design with low friction and reduced wear.
- J-shaped stainless steel elastic sealing ring.
- Multilayer metal hard sealing structure for high-temperature service.
- Stainless steel sealing surfaces with good corrosion resistance.
- Cobalt-based hard alloy overlay on the disc sealing surface.
- Bidirectional sealing capability.
- Self-tightening sealing performance during valve closing.
- Large-size discs use a truss-type structure for high strength.
- Large flow area and low flow resistance.
- Pneumatic actuator installation in multiple positions for flexible operation.
- Suitable for horizontal, vertical and other installation positions.
Pneumatic Operation
The pneumatic actuator provides fast and reliable quarter-turn operation. The actuator
can be arranged in different positions according to pipeline layout and operating
requirements. The valve series can also be supplied with worm gear, electric or
hydraulic operation when required by the project.

Why Choose a Triple-Offset Butterfly Valve?
The triple-offset structure allows the disc to move away from the seat during the
opening process. This reduces sliding contact, minimizes sealing-surface wear and
supports a longer operating life. The metal sealing arrangement also provides
improved resistance to high temperature, corrosion and media erosion compared with
conventional soft-seated butterfly valves.
