Description
WJ41H Bellows Seal Globe Valve
The WDL Valve WJ41H bellows seal globe valve is designed for steam pipelines,
boiler systems and high-temperature industrial applications. The bellows provides
reliable stem sealing and prevents external leakage of steam or process media.
This design improves energy efficiency, operating safety and maintenance performance.
The valve is available in PN16, PN25 and PN40 pressure classes, with nominal sizes
from DN15 to DN300. The final material selection and pressure-temperature limits
shall be confirmed according to the approved technical datasheet.
Operating Principle
The WJ41H bellows seal globe valve uses a welded metal bellows as the primary stem
sealing element. A secondary packing seal provides additional protection if the
bellows is damaged. The bellows is welded to the stem to maintain stable operation
and reduce stem vibration caused by plug movement.
Because the valve stem is isolated from the process medium, the WJ41H design
minimizes fugitive emissions and external leakage, especially in high-temperature
steam service.
