WDL Valve supplies nickel aluminum bronze (NAB) C95800 ball, butterfly, gate, globe and check valves for marine, shipbuilding, seawater cooling, firewater and desalination systems. Valve design, trim and sealing materials are reviewed as a complete wetted assembly.
NAB C95800 is widely evaluated for marine and seawater equipment because it combines mechanical strength with resistance to many seawater corrosion mechanisms. Its service performance depends on material quality, casting and heat-treatment control, surface condition and the velocity and chemistry of the water.
The alloy should be reviewed together with shafts, stems, seats, fasteners and connected piping to limit galvanic or crevice-corrosion risks.

Typical systems include seawater cooling, ballast water, firewater, shipboard utility piping, offshore platforms, seawater intake, desalination pretreatment and coastal industrial facilities. For mixed seawater and process duties, confirm water chemistry, chlorination method, solids, velocity, temperature and stagnant operating periods.
See the NAB C95800 Globe Stop-Check Valve guide and the Seawater & Desalination Valves guide.
No material is universal. Water chemistry, velocity, deposits, chlorination, temperature and galvanic contact must be checked before selection.
A globe stop-check design can combine shutoff, flow regulation and non-return functions where the piping arrangement and operating procedure require them.
State the material certificate level, dimensional and pressure testing, PMI if required, NDE scope, coating or preservation requirements and final documentation list.
Send the seawater data, piping specification and required C95800 components for technical review and quotation.
Send your valve specifications, drawings or RFQ. Our engineering team will review the operating conditions and contact you with a suitable solution.
