Inconel Check Valve
WDL Inconel Check Valve provides automatic prevention of reverse flow for high-temperature chemical lines and steam and hot-gas systems. Connections, trim and operation are selected to the project conditions.
Description
Inconel Check Valve
WDL Inconel Check Valve provides automatic prevention of reverse flow for process systems that need strength and oxidation resistance in hot or chloride-bearing service. Inconel alloys are used where elevated temperature, oxidation or chloride stress-corrosion cracking limits common stainless steels.

- Backflow prevention in process lines
Selection Notes
Select the Inconel grade from the temperature, pressure, sulfur level, chlorides and required mechanical strength.
Confirm installation direction, minimum flow, cracking pressure, slam risk and allowable pressure drop.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why select Inconel Alloy for this check valve?
Inconel alloys are used where elevated temperature, oxidation or chloride stress-corrosion cracking limits common stainless steels. Final suitability depends on the complete process conditions and the selected valve trim.
What information is needed for selection?
Provide the size, pressure rating, medium composition, concentration, temperature, connection standard, operating method and required quantity.
Send the process datasheet to WDL for material review, dimensional confirmation and quotation.
