J65Y Y-Type Forged Steel Globe Valve
J65Y Y-type forged steel globe valve is designed for high-pressure and high-temperature service. Its streamlined Y-pattern body reduces flow resistance, while bolted or welded bonnet designs provide reliable sealing. Available in carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel for water, steam, oil and selected chemical media.
Description
J65Y Y-Type Forged Steel Globe Valve
The J65Y Y-type forged steel globe valve is designed for high-pressure and
high-temperature industrial pipeline service. Its Y-pattern body provides a
more streamlined flow passage and helps reduce pressure loss compared with
conventional globe valve designs.
The valve is available with different bonnet configurations, including bolted
bonnet and welded bonnet designs. The bolted bonnet version uses a 304 stainless
steel and flexible graphite spiral-wound gasket. The welded bonnet version uses
a threaded body-to-bonnet connection with a pressure-assisted self-sealing ring.
Metal-ring sealing can also be supplied according to customer requirements.
Y-type forged steel valves can be designed as globe valves or check valves.
They are suitable for water, steam, oil products, nitric acid, acetic acid and
other industrial media.
