Duplex Check Valve

WDL Duplex Check Valve provides automatic prevention of reverse flow for seawater and desalination systems and offshore and marine pipelines. Connections, trim and operation are selected to the project conditions.

Description

Duplex Check Valve

WDL Duplex Check Valve provides automatic prevention of reverse flow for process systems that need high strength with resistance to chloride pitting and stress-corrosion cracking. Duplex stainless steel combines austenitic and ferritic phases for chloride service that requires higher strength than 300-series stainless steel.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why select Duplex Stainless Steel for this check valve?

Duplex stainless steel combines austenitic and ferritic phases for chloride service that requires higher strength than 300-series stainless steel. Final suitability depends on the complete process conditions and the selected valve trim.

What information is needed for selection?

Provide the size, pressure rating, medium composition, concentration, temperature, connection standard, operating method and required quantity.

Send the process datasheet to WDL for material review, dimensional confirmation and quotation.
