D71X Soft-Seated Wafer Butterfly Valve
D71X soft-seated wafer butterfly valve features a compact double-eccentric design, low operating torque and reliable bidirectional sealing. With replaceable nitrile rubber or fluororubber seats, it is suitable for water, air, natural gas, oil and mildly corrosive fluids in industrial pipelines.
Description
D71X Soft-Seated Wafer Butterfly Valve
The D71X soft-seated wafer butterfly valve is a compact and lightweight valve
designed for reliable flow regulation and shut-off in industrial water supply
and drainage systems. With a 90-degree quarter-turn operation, the valve can be
opened and closed quickly with low operating torque.
WDL Valve supplies D71X soft-seated wafer butterfly valves for water plants,
power plants, steel mills, paper mills, chemical processing, food processing
and other industrial applications. The valve provides reliable sealing, long
service life and convenient installation in limited spaces.
Main Features
- Compact wafer-type construction.
- Quarter-turn operation with quick opening and closing.
- Reliable sealing performance and long service life.
- Double-eccentric design with a progressively tighter sealing effect.
- Stainless steel and oil-resistant nitrile rubber sealing pair.
- Rubber seat can be installed on the valve body or butterfly disc.
- Frame-type butterfly disc with high strength and large flow area.
- Low flow resistance and low pressure loss.
- Full-body coating helps protect the valve against corrosion.
- Sealing materials can be changed for different media.
- Bidirectional sealing capability.
- Can be installed in any direction without being restricted by flow direction.
- Available with gear, electric, pneumatic or hydraulic operation.
